What we collect
When you send the application form, we receive your name, email address, Instagram handle, the platforms you use and the text you write about your goals.
Why we use it
We use this information only to read your application, contact you and decide whether to work together. We do not sell it.
Who sees it
The Palm Agency team. The form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores submissions for us.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for [duration, for example 12 months] and then delete them, unless we start working together.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to [professional email address]. If you are in the European Union, you can also contact your national data protection authority (the CNIL in France).
